Sheila C. Bentley, Ph.D., combines twenty years of communication consulting experience with a quick sense of humor to produce an informative, practical, and entertaining speech or learning session.

She has clients nationwide, and she has also conducted training for international audiences. She has published on the subjects of listening and memory and has served as adjunct faculty at The University of Memphis and Arizona State University.

She has trained thousands of employees annually to be more effective leaders and communicators. She is a past President of the International Listening Association and is President of the Memphis chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.
